PRINCIPAL: Joy Kuhl, MBA, has an accomplished background with over 15 years experience managing successful efforts within industries such as healthcare, information technology, group purchasing and economic development. Joy’s training is in the Harvard method of interest-based negotiation, which serves as the foundation for her approach to business. She credits her strong customer service values largely to time spent with the Walt Disney Corporation. She is a certified professional facilitator by the International Association of Facilitators.
